What conditions must I keep meeting to hold on to my student permit?

The permit is conditional on remaining a genuinely active full-time student making progress. You must keep a registered Danish address and cannot stay outside Denmark for more than six consecutive months. You must be able to support yourself financially (a monthly self-support amount applies) and must not receive public benefits such as housing assistance or state student grants reserved for others. Dropping below full-time study or failing these conditions can lead to the permit being revoked.
