Malta's flagship residence-by-investment route, administered by the Residency Malta Agency. It grants permanent residence to non-EU nationals (and qualifying dependants) through a fixed combination of a government contribution, a qualifying property (purchase or long lease), a donation to a registered NGO, and an administrative fee, all behind multi-tier due diligence.
The MPRP is for nationals of non-EU, non-EEA and non-Swiss countries, applying through a licensed agent.
