Up to five foreign founders can obtain a startup residence permit based on the same startup company.
The program is built for founding teams, not just a single entrepreneur. Latvia allows a maximum of five foreigners to hold a startup residence permit linked to the same startup, so co-founders can relocate together under one venture.
Each person still has to meet the conditions individually, including being genuinely involved in the company and showing sufficient means to support themselves. If your team has more than five non-EU founders, only five can use this particular route at the same time.
