What happens if my Czech ICT Card application is refused?

If the application is rejected, the authorities issue a written decision setting out the legal reasons and your options. You generally have 15 days from notification to appeal the decision.

The decision may also state any obligation to leave the Czech Republic and the period allowed for departure.
