The programme is open only to citizens of a fixed list of countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Israel, India, Brazil, Mexico and Taiwan.
The Czech Digital Nomad Programme is not open to all third-country nationals. The Ministry of Industry and Trade restricts it to citizens of a specific list of countries, which includes Australia, Brazil, Canada, India, Israel, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, the United Kingdom and the United States.
If you are not a citizen of one of these countries, you cannot use this programme and would need to look at another route, such as a standard employee card or a freelance (trade licence) long-term visa. Because the eligible-country list can change, always confirm your nationality is still listed before you apply.
