Your employment-based residence permit is issued for the employer and role named in your application. Changing employer is not automatic: you usually need a new work authorisation or to amend your permit, and you should not begin the new job until your status reflects it.
Starting work for a different employer without the proper update can breach the conditions of your permit. Contact the Migration Department before any job change to confirm the correct procedure and avoid losing your status.
