The National Economic Fund (NEF) is the lowest-cost route to Saint Lucia citizenship. A single contribution of US$240,000 covers the main applicant together with up to three qualifying dependents.

For additional dependents beyond that, an extra contribution applies: typically US$10,000 for each dependent under 18 and US$20,000 for each dependent aged 18 or over. The contribution is non-refundable and is separate from due diligence and processing fees.
