You must prove sufficient regular income to support your family and provide an official housing report confirming your accommodation is adequate for the number of people.
The sponsor must demonstrate stable, sufficient economic means to support the family without relying on public assistance. The required amount rises with each additional family member being reunited, calculated as a multiple of the IPREM (Spain's public income indicator).
You must also obtain an adequate-housing report (informe de adecuacion de la vivienda) from the local authority, confirming your home is suitable in size and conditions for the family. Both income and housing evidence are reviewed when the initial authorisation is decided.
