Your student permit ends with your studies, so to stay you generally need to switch to another residence basis, such as employment.
A student permit is granted specifically for studying, so it does not automatically let you remain indefinitely after graduation. To keep living in Latvia you would normally move to a different permit type, most commonly a work-based residence permit once you have a job offer.
Latvia has, at times, offered job-search arrangements for graduates, but the rules and time limits change. Before your studies end, check the current post-study options directly with PMLP so you can apply for the correct new permit before your student status lapses.
