The maximum duration of an intra-corporate transfer in Estonia is up to three years for managers and specialists and up to one year for trainee employees. The permit is valid for the duration of the transfer up to these limits. When the permit expires, the transferee must either leave Estonia or obtain a different residence permit if they wish to stay, since the ICT permit is inherently time-limited.
