IEC is built on youth-mobility agreements that Canada signs with individual partner countries, so the eligible age range is set country by country. For some nationalities the program runs from 18 to 30, while for others it extends to 18 to 35.
You must be within the eligible age range on the day you submit your application (in some cases on the day you receive your invitation), so check the specific cut-off for your country of citizenship before you create a profile and enter the pool.
