Yes, in many cases you can switch into the Scale-up route from inside the UK if you have a qualifying job offer and meet the requirements.
You do not always have to apply from overseas. If you are already in the UK on an eligible visa and have a confirmed job offer from an approved scale-up business, you can usually switch into this route without leaving the country.
You will still need to meet the salary, skill level and English language requirements, and your sponsor must assign you a valid certificate of sponsorship. Some visa categories cannot switch, so check your current visa type against the GOV.UK rules before applying.
