Unlike a time-limited residence permit, the registration certificate for EU/EEA nationals does not have an expiry date and does not need to be renewed.
That said, your right of residence still depends on continuing to meet a valid ground, such as remaining a worker, student or self-sufficient resident. The certificate documents that you registered; it does not by itself guarantee residence rights if your circumstances change.
