The Innovator Founder route is built around setting up and running an innovative business in the UK, but it does allow you to take other work too. Any additional employment must be skilled to at least level 3 (broadly A-level standard or equivalent).
There are limits: you cannot work as a professional sportsperson or sports coach. The flexibility to take other skilled work is useful while your own business is still building revenue, but your business must remain genuine and active throughout.
