The Luxembourg EU Blue Card is for highly qualified workers. You need an employment contract of at least six months and a gross annual salary meeting the applicable threshold, along with evidence of high professional qualifications relevant to the role.
Qualifications are usually shown through a higher-education diploma, but qualifying professional experience can also count for certain roles. For regulated professions you must also prove you meet the conditions to practise. Have a valid passport before you apply.
