What language test scores does the Atlantic Immigration Program require?

Language results are mandatory and the required level depends on the skill level of your job offer. For a job at NOC 2021 TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 (or the older NOC 0, A, B), you must show at least Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) or NCLC level 5 in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

For a job at TEER 4 (older NOC skill level C), the minimum is CLB/NCLC 4 across all four skills. You must take an approved language test and the results must be valid when you apply. Aim comfortably above the minimum, since borderline scores are a common reason applications stall.
