Can an ICT permit holder work in other EU countries?

One advantage of the ICT permit is intra-EU mobility for work at other entities belonging to the same group of undertakings. For short assignments, you can generally work in another Member State for up to 90 days within a 180-day period.

For longer postings in another EU country, a long-term mobility procedure must be followed, and the receiving country's requirements apply. This mobility is limited to the same corporate group, not open-market employment elsewhere in the EU.
