Your primary purpose on this visa must be the religious work described in your certificate of sponsorship. Beyond that, the rules allow limited supplementary work, generally up to 20 hours a week, in roles on the eligible lists.
You can also study, although some courses require an ATAS certificate. What you cannot do is claim public funds. If you are relying on supplementary work, check the current eligible occupation rules on GOV.UK before taking on a second role.
