Yes. Spouses or equivalent partners and minor or disabled children of higher-education students can apply for a student family visa, but it does not grant them the right to work.
Accompanying family members of students in a higher-education or specialised healthcare training programme may apply for a student's family visa. This covers a spouse or unmarried partner in a relationship equivalent to marriage, and children who are minors or have a disability.
Importantly, the family member visa is not a work permit. Family members can live in Spain with you but cannot work on this status. You will also need to show extra financial means: an additional 75% of IPREM for the first family member and 50% for each additional one.
