An ETA allows multiple trips of up to 6 months each over two years, or until your passport expires, whichever comes first.
A UK Electronic Travel Authorisation is not a single-use entry permit. Once granted, it lets you make as many trips as you like, each for a stay of up to six months.
It stays valid for two years, or until the passport it is linked to expires - whichever happens sooner. If you get a new passport, you must apply for a new ETA, because the authorisation is tied to that specific document.
