Yes, if one of your grandparents was born on the island of Ireland you can claim citizenship through the Foreign Births Register.
If you were born outside Ireland and one of your grandparents was born on the island of Ireland, you are generally entitled to become an Irish citizen by registering in the Foreign Births Register. This register is maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs.
You can also qualify through a parent who was already an Irish citizen at the time of your birth, even if that parent was not born in Ireland. The grandparent route is the most common path for people one further generation removed.
