The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 set the minimum investment at USD 800,000 in a Targeted Employment Area and USD 1,050,000 otherwise, and reauthorised the Regional Center program.
The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 modernised the immigrant investor program. It set the standard minimum investment at USD 1,050,000, and USD 800,000 for projects in a Targeted Employment Area (rural or high-unemployment) or qualifying infrastructure projects. It reauthorised and added integrity measures to the Regional Center program, and created set-aside visa categories. Investors must still create at least 10 full-time US jobs and hold the investment at risk.
