No. The seasonal worker route is for temporary, short-term work and is not designed for family reunification.
Seasonal work is built around a temporary stay of up to nine months while you keep your main home in your country of origin. Because of that temporary nature, it does not provide a family reunification route the way longer-term residence permits can.
If living in Bulgaria with your family is your goal, the seasonal route is the wrong tool.
