Croatia's stay and work permit is a single, combined authorisation linked to one employer and one role. You may not freely move to a different company or take on a different type of work on the same permit.

If you want to change employers, you generally need a new stay and work permit application for the new job, which usually means the new employer goes through the labour market test process again unless an exemption applies.
