Your visa is tied to your sponsor, so changing clubs usually means a new certificate of sponsorship, and losing your governing body endorsement can end your permission.
Because this is a sponsored route, your permission is linked to the specific sponsor and role on your certificate of sponsorship. Moving to a new club generally requires a fresh certificate of sponsorship and may require a new application.
The governing body endorsement is also essential. If your endorsement is withdrawn - for example because you no longer meet the elite criteria - your leave can be curtailed. Keep both your sponsor and your endorsement in good standing to protect your status.
