Managers, specialists and trainees who are non-EU nationals and are transferred from a company outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland to a Dutch branch of the same group qualify.
The ICT permit under Directive 2014/66/EU is for intra-company transfers. It applies to three roles: managers, specialists and trainee employees who are transferred from a group company established outside the EU, EEA or Switzerland to a branch in the Netherlands.
You remain employed by the foreign employer during the transfer, and the role and salary must be set out in a valid employment contract. The salary must be in line with the market and meet the salary criterion used for highly skilled migrants.
