Employer-sponsored programmes (Highly Qualified Workers, Qualified Workers, Key and Research Staff) that give applicants guaranteed embassy slots, simpler documents and, for key staff, faster processing.
These are programmes run with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and CzechInvest. They do not create new permit types; participants still receive a standard permit such as the Employee Card, EU Blue Card or ICT Card. What they add is a guaranteed slot to lodge the visa application at a Czech embassy, simplified documentation, and — for the Key and Research Staff Programme — accelerated processing (a visa decision within 30 days). Employers must meet conditions and there is no legal entitlement to be admitted to a programme.
