The eVisitor is for passport holders from European countries, including EU member states (and the UK) plus several other European nations.
The eVisitor (subclass 651) is available to passport holders from a defined list of European countries. This includes the European Union member states and the United Kingdom, along with Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway and Vatican City.
If your passport is from one of these countries, the eVisitor is often the simplest visitor option. Travellers from other regions would generally use the ETA (subclass 601) or the Visitor visa (subclass 600) instead.
The eVisitor is linked to your passport, so you should apply using the passport you intend to travel on.
