The ICT permit is tied to your specific intra-group assignment, so if the assignment ends, the basis for the permit ends and you generally need a different status to remain.
Because the ICT authorisation exists to support a particular transfer within a corporate group, ending that assignment removes the legal basis for the permit. If the transfer concludes earlier than planned, your right to stay on that permit is affected.
If you wish to remain in Spain afterwards, you would normally need to obtain a different residence or work authorisation suited to your new circumstances. Plan ahead with your employer so any change of status can be arranged before the ICT basis lapses.
