Yes. A registered partner is treated similarly to a spouse for reunification purposes, subject to the same conditions on housing, means and timely application.
Swiss law recognises registered partnerships for the purpose of family reunification, so a registered partner can in principle join the sponsor on a comparable basis to a married spouse.
The same general conditions apply — in particular adequate housing and, for non-EU/EFTA sponsors, sufficient financial means — and the same application deadlines must be respected. As with spouses, the partner's permit is derived from and tied to the sponsor's residence status.
