The Seasonal Worker visa is designed purely for short-term agricultural labour, so time spent on it does not build towards permanent status.
If settlement in the UK is your goal, this is not the route to use, and you would need to qualify for a different category such as the Skilled Worker visa. Many seasonal workers return for multiple seasons over the years, but each stay is separate and none of it accumulates towards indefinite leave to remain.
