Family members can come with you under the EU/EEA regulations. If your family member is also an EEA national, they register under the same scheme that you use.
If your family member is not an EEA national, they instead apply for a residence card as the family member of an EU/EEA national. The exact documents differ, but the route exists for spouses, partners and certain other relatives connected to your residence in Norway.
