It is normally granted for 3 years, and you can extend it for a further 3 years with no limit on the number of extensions, provided you still meet the requirements.
Yes. Your business idea must be assessed and endorsed by an approved endorsing body before you can apply, and you must keep that endorsement throughout your stay.
If your endorsing body withdraws its endorsement, you must tell the Home Office and your permission to stay can be cancelled or cut short.
