تصريح (§19/19b قانون الإقامة، توجيه الاتحاد الأوروبي 2014/66/EU) للمديرين والمتخصصين والمتدربين المنقولين داخل شركة من كيان خارج الاتحاد الأوروبي إلى فرع ألماني، صالح لمدة تصل إلى ثلاث سنوات (سنة واحدة للمتدربين)، مع إمكانية التنقل في الاتحاد الأوروبي.

The ICT Card is a temporary transfer permit tied to a fixed assignment; it is not in itself a permanent residence status, and any move toward settlement would follow separate rules.
Yes. The employer plays an active role, including submitting mobility notifications and providing the employment contract, valid passport details and proof of the corporate relationship.
Yes. When the ICT Card is issued, your spouse or life partner and your minor unmarried children can receive a residence permit for the same period.
Yes. The ICT Card requires that you are being transferred within the same undertaking, so you must be employed in a unit of that company or group located outside the host country.
Yes. With a Mobile ICT Card you can carry out work in other EU member states (except Ireland and Denmark) for up to 90 days; longer assignments require a separate application in each country.
