I already hold an EU Blue Card from another EU country. Can I move to Sweden?

The EU Blue Card includes intra-EU mobility for experienced cardholders. If you have held a valid EU Blue Card issued by another EU member state for at least 12 months, you can move to Sweden and apply there.

The rule is time-sensitive: you must submit your Swedish application within one month of arriving. You still need a qualifying job offer in Sweden that meets the salary and qualification conditions. Using this route correctly lets highly qualified workers relocate between EU countries more easily than starting from scratch.
