Up to 3 years for managers and specialists, and up to 1 year for employed interns, capped at the length of the transfer.
The ICT Card is issued for the planned duration of the transfer, but the law sets hard maximums: managers and specialists can hold it for a cumulative total of up to 3 years, while employed interns are limited to a maximum of 1 year.
These ceilings are cumulative across renewals, so a manager cannot stay longer than 3 years in total under this permit type. When the cap is reached, you generally must move to a different permit or leave.
