When the 476 was open, you could include members of your family unit, such as a partner and dependent children, in your application. Family members could also apply to join the holder in Australia after grant.
Included family members generally had the same rights to live, work and study in Australia for the life of the visa. Because the visa is now closed, this only matters for people who already hold a 476.
