The FIP permit is granted on the basis that you have enough independent resources to live in Greece without working there. As a result, you cannot take up local employment or operate a business serving the Greek market.
In practice many holders continue remote work for non-Greek employers or clients, and passive income such as pensions, dividends, and investments is exactly what the category is built around. If you want to work locally, you would need a different permit type.
