There is no dependent B visa. Each family member, including your spouse and each child, must qualify for and obtain their own B-1/B-2 visa.
Unlike many work and study categories, the visitor visa has no derivative or dependent option. A spouse and children traveling with you must each apply individually, attend interviews where required, and demonstrate their own purpose of travel and ties to your home country.
Families often apply together and can attend interviews together in many posts, but each application is assessed on its own merits. A child can be refused under 214(b) even if a parent is approved, so each applicant should be prepared to show the purpose and temporary nature of their visit.
