Can I include my family members in a Canadian H&C application?

You may add family members residing in Canada to your H&C permanent residence application so they are processed at the same time as you. This commonly covers a spouse or common-law partner and dependent children.

Each included family member must still meet the other requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations to become a permanent resident. So inclusion is not automatic approval, individual admissibility and eligibility still apply.
