Which employee types can be transferred on the Czech Intra-Company Transfer Card?

The Czech Intra-Company Transfer (ICT) Card is reserved for three categories of staff moved within one corporate group: managers who lead the business and supervise staff, specialists with specialised knowledge essential to the company, and employed interns who hold a university degree and are transferred for career development and training.

It cannot be used for researchers, self-employed activity, posted workers from another EU state providing cross-border services, agency/staffing placements, or students. The Czech host and the sending company must belong to the same group (parent-subsidiary, controlling/controlled, or shared parent ownership).
