You can sell after a five-year holding period. Before five years you may only sell if you transfer the funds into another officially approved Antigua and Barbuda property.
The Real Estate option requires buying a government-approved property worth at least US$300,000. The property comes with a mandatory five-year holding period after purchase.
During those five years you generally cannot resell, with one exception: you may sell earlier if you reinvest in another officially approved real estate project in Antigua and Barbuda. After five years you can sell on the open market, and the next buyer may even be able to use the same property to qualify for their own citizenship application.
