The Graduate visa is very flexible. You do not need a job offer or sponsor, and you can work full or part time in most roles, switch employers freely, and run your own business.
The main restriction is that you cannot work as a professional sportsperson. You also cannot claim most public funds or the State Pension. Use the flexibility to gain experience and line up a sponsored role if you want to switch to a longer-term visa.
