Do I need to have worked for the company before getting a Czech ICT Card?

A core condition of the ICT Card is prior employment: you must have worked for the sending company (within the same multinational group) for at least six continuous months immediately before the transfer to the Czech entity.

You will need to document this with a letter of transfer and proof of the prior employment period, alongside evidence of the corporate relationship between the sending and Czech entities. Without the six-month qualifying period, the ICT Card is not available.
