Can my spouse and children come with me on the Pacific Engagement visa?

You may include members of your family unit who wish to migrate with you. Importantly, you must include them in the original application; you cannot add family members after you have submitted it. For visa purposes, members of the family unit do not include your parents, your partner's parents, aunts, uncles or cousins.

Every family member who applies must meet the health and character requirements and must have complied with the conditions of any previous visas. Family members who are not coming to Australia may also need to meet health and character requirements. If you include a non-biological child through adoption, you must provide extra evidence, as Australia generally only recognises formal adoptions that meet specific legal requirements.
