Can my family come with me on the ICT permit and work in Spain?

The ICT route under Law 14/2013 allows family members to apply at the same time as the transferred employee, avoiding a separate reunification process. Eligible relatives include your spouse or registered partner, dependent minor children and dependent ascendants.

Accompanying family members usually receive authorisation to reside and to work in Spain without a separate work permit. Documentation proving the family relationship and, where relevant, dependency, must still be provided.
