Who qualifies for the Bulgarian Intra-Corporate Transfer (ICT) permit?

The ICT permit is for staff moved within a multinational group from a non-EU entity to a related enterprise in Bulgaria. The eligible roles are managers, specialists and trainee employees.

You must already have worked for the group before the transfer: typically 12 months of prior employment for managers and specialists, and 6 months for trainees. The transfer must be to the receiving Bulgarian enterprise within the same corporate group, in an authorised position.
