You need higher professional qualifications (or a recognised regulated profession) and a job paying above a regional salary threshold, with a contract of at least 6 months.
The EU Blue Card is for highly qualified employment, so you must hold a higher education qualification or, for some roles, equivalent professional experience, and have a binding job offer or contract lasting at least six months.
The salary must meet or exceed a minimum threshold that is set per region (for example Flanders versus the other regions) and is updated periodically. Confirm the current threshold for the region where you will work, as offers below it will not qualify.
