Yes. After 12 months of legal residence in Belgium on the Blue Card, you can move to another participating EU country under simplified rules and take your family with you.
The Blue Card includes an intra-EU mobility benefit. Once you have lived and worked legally in Belgium for 12 months, you can relocate to another EU Member State that participates in the scheme using a streamlined procedure rather than a brand-new application.
Your family members can move with you. Ireland and Denmark do not take part in the Blue Card scheme, so confirm that your destination country participates before you plan a move.
