The real-estate route requires purchasing a qualifying unit in an Approved Project for a minimum of US$200,000. Only government-approved developments count; examples have included resorts such as Anichi Resort and Spa, InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort and Spa, Jungle Bay, and The Residences at Secret Bay. In addition to the purchase price, applicants pay separate government fees that do not apply to the EDF donation route, so budget for these on top of the property cost.
